We have urgent requirements for the position of Technical Recruiter Candidates at Greater Noida (West), Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
Qualification: BA/BBA/Graduate or a related field is preferred
Salary Range: upto 3 LPA (Negotiable) with ESI & PF, additional company benefits
Work Experience: End-to-end recruitment process, excellent communication and good computer skills. If you have more than 3 years of experience in recruitment process,
Job Responsibility:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, naukri.com, LinkedIn & social media
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools to filter candidates
- Assess applicants? relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
