We have urgent bulk requirements of candidates for Multi-National Air- Conditioner manufacturing Company at Kadi, District-Mahesana, (Near Ahmadabad) Gujarat.
Jobs Category:
1). Non-ITI (8th/10th/12th/BA) with CTC Salary between Rs.15440/- to Rs.16679/- for duty 8 hrs + additional benefits
2). ITI – 2 years (Fitter/ Welder/ Wireman/ Electrician/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic) with CTC Salary between Rs.15808/- to Rs.17404/- for duty 8 hrs + additional benefits
3). Diploma Engineers (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic) with CTC Salary Rs.17431/- for duty 8 hrs + additional benefits
4). BE/ B.Tech Engineers (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic) with CTC Salary Rs.18505/- for duty 8 hrs + additional benefits
Additional Benefits:
1. PF @12% employer share contribution
2. ESIC coverage @3.25% employer share
3. Overtime will be paid at double the rate @Rs.92/- per hour in case of emergency
4. Statutory bonus will be paid annually as per the Bonus Act 1965 at the rate of 8.33%.
5. Subsidized meal facility is provided at the rate of Rs.55/- during duty hours
6. One PL will be paid after working for 20 days (Encashment will be done on monthly basis)
7. Attendance Bonus will be applicable for all @ Rs.2000/- PM (subject to announcement)
8. Night Shift Allowance @ Rs.70/- per C-Shift & @ Rs.50/- per B-shift (subject to announcement)
9. Interview is not required for fresher category only; Interview is MUST for experience candidate
10. Technical Training is mandatory for 2 days before duty on workplace.
11. The Company does not provide room facilities; you will have to pay for the room yourself
12. The Company does not provide food facility after the duty hours
13. Safety Shoes & Goggles are MUST during the duty hours
14. Third-Party Payroll /Contract Employment during the training period
